Amazing location with parking on site. A modern and relaxing hotel, my first choice in New York.

The room was spacious and clean, with a modern shower and great water pressure. I felt welcomed, especially when a complimentary wine was offered while I waited to check in.

Good sized rooms, fantastic bathrooms, nice design. Good location, was in the middle of everything we wanted to do at the time. Foodparc food hall downstairs/next-door is great. Despite my negative comments below, all other staff we dealt with were fantastic, friendly, helpful - actually they were offering a level of attentiveness I usually only see at 5-star level. They are trying to compete in a similar (but not as cool) segment as Ace Hotel and I think if they keep an eye on customer feedback and continually tweak/improve, they'll get there. Gorgeous rooms, amazing beds you simply don't want to get out of, fast elevators.
Nightclub next door (owned by Eventi, as I understand it) belting out music until 3am, keeping my partner awake each night till 3am. Ask specifically for a room that is not on that side of the hotel and you should be ok. We stayed in one day till about 2pm, headed out and when we got back that night they hadn't made up our room. I phoned to complain and the guest services person essentially blamed us because when we were in the room that day we'd left the 'do not disturb' indicator switched on. True, but I feel they should have checked again later, and they should not have tersely blamed me - I thought that was a crappy attitude to take. She should have sucked it up like a good hotel should, and just apologise and come to tidy up the room. Instead all she did is offer to bring up fresh towels - which I had to phone up twice more to chase up on.

Great spot for a quick layover
Comfortable suite, amazing breakfast, including delicious avocado toast with poached eggs and bacon, and great location, being centrally located on 6th Avenue making it easy to travel to/from Newark Airport.

The room was gorgeous, the hotel is in an amazing location if you need to get around Chelsea.
On my first morning after a late flight and a late night I somehow got a 5:30 wake up call that I didn't ask for which was a huge upset since I was fast asleep. The gentleman who checked me in was very rude and when I asked questions about the room and the reservation he kept snapping at me to listen and stop contradicting him when I was just inquiring about a change I had already confirmed in advance.

Great location and comfortable stay!
The location was unbeatable, just a short walk from key attractions, and the room was spacious and well-designed, with a fine view of the Empire State Building. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, and I appreciated thesuper clean and cozy ambiance. I found the restaurant's hours to be somewhat inconsistent, which could use improvement.

Favourable and perfect location, we liked staying here.
We booked a good sized room with 2 double beds. Location: the hotel was not far from several subway stops and Madison Square Park and the city centre and plenty of other shops.

The view from my room was very nice, like I was living in a painting with the Empire State Building at sunset. The staff was so attentive they practically anticipated my needs before I even knew them-like having a personal concierge who also does magic tricks! The nightly wine hour was a good way to unwind, with more charm than a cozy neighborhood bar.

Great hotel! I have tried a lot of hotels in New York but this is simply the best. Rooms are spacious compared to other hotels, beds are very comfortable, good Spanish restaurant, free WiFi, free coffee in the mornings and free newspapers. Great service overall. I will come back there!

The hotel was very clean (it is quite new) and it had a really good atmosphere. We had a lovely room at 21 st floor with a nice wiev over the city. Room was quiet and the beds very comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful.
The restaurant (own company) was really nice with excellent food but all of the staff not was informed of the discounts for the hotel guests. It was not nice to remind them of this. There was also a problem with the heating with a part of the restaurant. We were almost every day directed to the area where we had to sit with our coats on as the "warmer area" had no service.
